My hosting is SiteGround and they were doing ok until today (or yesterday).

They updated their system- which they have migrated the cPanel to Sitetools. Now iwhen you login your SiteGround account, there is no cPanel and each of my wordpress sites have cpanel menus on the left side- as if a wordpress dashboard. (I don’t understand why they did this. I have question whether without cPanel, the system is secure and ok.)

The PROBLEM is my most important site is down. It is my site with Ezoic and this new migration messed up the nameserver issues between Ezoic and Siteground.

I am still waiting for the technical team’s response. But I am planning to move a better and reliable hosting provider. I read some topics about hosting here.

It looks that Jim suggested WPX in one of the post and WPX has the highest rate in trustpilot.

I also read about DirectAdmin in terms of reseller hosting. Just wondering, do I need to know a lot about technical side with this reseller hosting?

I have couple of Add-on domains so which is the BEST and which do you recommend: WPX or DirectAdmin?

 

I think siteground is just another reseller.
